The Client

A native of Houston, Dr. B.L. Remedios has had a successful private practice in oral and maxillofacial surgery since 1988. Medical Center Oral Surgery offers various services in oral and maxillofacial surgery and is committed to providing the best in personal patient care in a comfortable and efficient environment.

The Challenge

Dr. B.L. Remedios wanted to expand his local reach, generate leads, and convert those leads into patients. This office battles fluctuating business traffic with the seasons, more specifically, summer and holidays compared to the school year. This issue required thoughtful attention to the target audience in addition to the method of reaching the specified audience.

The Solution

Facebook Ads were utilized to effectively reach the target audience. The audience metrics available through Facebook Ads allowed me to manipulate the target audience setting based on the type of service I was promoting. For example, I promoted Wisdom Teeth Extraction services to college students and parents of high school students more heavily during the summer months. On the other hand, I put a larger emphasis on location for more general promotions like a ‘Free Patient Exam.’ These ads focused on gaining brand views with local reach. Each ad ran for approximately 15 days at $5.83 a day.
